New Zealand Established Customers If you are an established customer, please email or fax your order to us with your name and order number, delivery address and product details that you are ordering. We will reply with confirmation that will include details of when the goods will be shipped and by what method, total price of the products, and other relevant details.
If you are a new customer then we require that you complete an account form. This would be faxed to you, along with our standard terms and conditions. Once completed and returned to us, we would then perform a credit check prior to the goods being shipped. Alternatively, we will accept cheques as payment for goods. The goods will be shipped once the cheque has been cleared by our bank. This process would be more rapid if a bank cheque was presented for payment. Leasing R.A.C.E Services Ltd works together with Flexirent to provide you with a complete package if you require financial assistance in your purchase. If you not resident in New Zealand and wish to purchase
from R.A.C.E. Services Ltd., we require that funds be transferred
to our bank account, in New Zealand dollars, prior to goods being
shipped. Our bank details will be forwarded to you on receipt of
